A Founder's Story

From a young age, Brittany Biggett-Heeren was immersed in the world of healthcare. Surrounded by family members who dedicated their lives to medicine, she grew up with an innate curiosity about health and wellness. Initially, she pursued a pre-med track, believing that her calling lay in direct patient care. But as she navigated her education, she discovered a different passion—one that blended medical knowledge with communication and advocacy.
Switching her focus to health information management, Brittany honed her skills in medical documentation, learning firsthand how critical it was for patients—especially women—to have their voices heard in the healthcare system. This behind-the-scenes expertise gave her unique insight into how gaps in communication could lead to mothers feeling unheard and underserved.
Her journey took a pivotal turn when she began leading fitness classes. There, she witnessed a troubling pattern: pregnant and postpartum women struggling to find fitness programs that met their needs. Many felt dismissed by the healthcare system, unsure of how to safely regain their strength, and lacked a supportive community to help them navigate motherhood’s physical and emotional challenges.
Brittany knew she had to act. With her background in healthcare, she pursued certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness, determined to create a space where women could reclaim their strength and feel empowered in their wellness journey. But she didn’t stop there. Seeing the deep connection between physical health, behavioral well-being, and social determinants of health, she expanded her expertise into maternal mental health and pediatric behavioral support.
